2The ‘current licensing basis’ is the set of regulatory requirements applicable to a specific plant, the operating organization’s commitments to ensuring compliance with and operation within applicable regulatory requirements, and the plant specific design basis (including all modifications and additions to such commitments over the life of the licence). The current licensing basis also includes the plant specific design basis information as documented in a safety analysis report (which typically includes time limited ageing analyses), reports of periodic safety reviews and other plant documents.
